I purches a Airsite X10 Camera which was defected, It was replace by a camera that has a poor picture

During the day and a worse at night. Does not look anything as what they advertise. I cannot make contact by phone or by their online help, I keep on getting disconnected when trying to make contact , so be aware. I have tried for over 2 hours try to get through by phone. if anyone would like to hear along commercial call this number 1-800-675 3044

X10 simply does not react to any complaints.

I waited for more than 30 minutes to answer their phone, but gave up.

Aaron (if he exists) is not reacting to my four emails showing that my Paypal check-out was $158.19 while my X10 invoice was for $139.99.

I will obtain future x10 products from other sources.

They are the worst to buy anything from.They claim to be the best in the business regarding security for home and computers.

I puchased home cameras, since I had a break in. I searched for cameras and came across X10.com. The sales department answers right away, but when it comes to returning an item or any technical support for the product, forget it. I was on hold for 53 minutes!

Finally hung up.

Now I sent the items I purchased back and again they have me on hold.ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE

X10.com - bad software

I purchased some X10.com cameras and software to run the cameras. I called and emailed tech support over and over and still don't have the software running and X10.com refuses to give me my money back because I've been trying to get it to work for more than 30 days!

The two biggest problems X10.com was never able to resolve:

Vanguard software: is a memory hog and brings my PC to it knees. To get the cameras to function I had to run it on the same PC as Active Home Pro. Now all the macros that were working in Active Home Pro no longer work because of Vanguard. According to other users on the X10.com forum they've never been able to get Vanguard to work.

MyHome software: I have a webserver running on port 80 and found out after many hours trying to get MyHome to work that it must use port 80. X10.com gives no way to configure the software to use any other port. My suggestion - don't buy MyHome if you are running a webserver on port 80.

So here I am stuck with cameras and software that don't work and X10.com support won't work with me nor will the company refund my money. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!
